Immunofluorescence Tips

Secondary antibody incubation:

The temperature for secondary antibody incubation is normally room temperature or 37°C. The time is 30 min –1 h. The most important tip is to perform the secondary antibody incubation in darkness, for reason that in immunofluorescence the seconday antibody is conjugated with certain fluorescence dye.

*Note: For used secondary antibody, when preparing the working solution, do appropriate centrifuge prior to use.
